今年も無事、もへじ購入出来ました。ラベルを見ても一見して去年との違いがわかりませんが、17byでは袋吊り斗瓶囲いだったのが18byでは槽搾りになっています。今年は搾り方をかえたみたい。本間商店の本間さんが「ことしのもへじもうまいよ」と言っていたとおり、うまいです。秋鹿酒造の自営田で育った無農薬の山田錦で醸される”もへじ”は醸は農なりを感じられる一品、ぬる燗を飲むと自然と目をつぶってしまいます。抜群です。
